Is any media coverage good media coverage? Its about half way down in the Age's 'Sporting Life' under the heading 'Odd Orientation'

Not much to crow about in a press release anyway by the standards employed in the media.

We probably got more coverage that way than we would have with an untruncated release, although we would have got still more if we'd tipped them off about the Finnish team shorts.

The Age published yesterday's State Series results in today's paper. I believe this is the first time this year they have run the local results. Maybe we can credit the OA press release with raising the profile of orienteering in their office sufficiently to deem our results newsworthy.
