See what you mean about 5 and 10 - there are lovely path runs and better attack points to be had out there. Take these routes in training - take the easiest routes in a big race like these. (Of course you may want to go back to risk again if you hit a WOC final, but with your fitness here, no need to take that kind of trouble).
