Brian, I've noted a severe drop off in training this year for you. Perhaps you're not logging everything on here anymore. Or maybe real life is interfering with you training. Have you been healthy?

Hey Jarrow, Combination of things. I missed logging a bunch of training in January/February - need to go back and try and fill that back in. Between coaching and volunteering at the Olympics this year, my racing season was pretty much a write-off ... so, not much motivation to train (or log on Attackpoint). But, I skied 3.5 hours today, so I haven't been a total couch potato!!

Next year I'm doing the Birkie CLASSIC. Join me and kick my ass.

Which one - the Canadian Birkie or the Norwegian Birkie? Cause ... the American one is a skate race :-).

The classic race is getting a little more competitive every year. I just don't want to be in the 1st skate wave again next year. Horrific!

Jarrow, the classic Birkie was really fun (esp. before we joined up with the skaters...although back where I was, I was beating many of them up the hills, which was fun in its own way!).
