That sounds painful! One armed grilling is a pretty impressive achievement though. And tha pancakes sounded lovely!

I am also hurting today from my weights yesterday but I will still try and do a track session - probably at about 6.30. So if you'd like to come then let me know!

Yes, it's a shame that until I'm a bit more independent with my lab work I can't really predict when I will be finished by. If I were to go straight from the lab, the Yale track is not *too* far. I would probably need a ride back into town afterwards though! What do you think Boris?

Yeah, it's a bit far for a run. I usually don't have the car when Kat goes climbing, so we can plan this on a case-by-case basis in the future.
