Discussion: Ride needed

Hi all,

I am planning on coming just for Day 1 of West Point and am looking for a way to get back to New Haven on Saturday after the sprint. Is there anyone headed that way after the day 1 races?
Failing that, a ride to a MetroNorth station would be appreciated!

Boris, is the Metro North Station in Peekskill? If not where? How soon after the sprint do you need to go? Corinne and I will both have cars up there so maybe one of us could help you out. My van needs to stay around until after the concession stand is cleaned up but after running the sprint I'm sure that Corinne could help you if you are in a real hurry.

Closest MNRR is in Harriman. Boris, I want to get back to Harriman station, too, after the Sprint. If all fails we can split a cab.

Cadets mainly use Garrison or Peekskill when taking the train to get to the city/Grand Central.

But the Saturday events aren't at the academy, correct? aren't they at Buckner? Harriman seems a lot closer to Buckner than Peekskill. There is more service from Peekskill.
