Maybe one day you will actually start consistent training with a gradual increase in volume/intensity.
Nothing for weeks followed by 160km ride then run probably won't improve the knee condition.
Now there you go again with that common sense business Jacko.
Maybe Two Dots goal was to be injured so he couldn't face up to Danger at Hale. Danger at Hale - slow to run, fast to get lost.
Looking at Dangers run yesterday shows how Dangerous he should be at Hale.
Not to mention how far you have come since listening to the common sense he was told about running. Well done with your training plan too!
Thanks Steve :-) Maybe I should make that:
Danger at Hale - running faster, fastest to get lost!
My Nav is unpractised since, oh.... the State Champs last year.
Now, where's my c.. c... c... , what's it called again, compass?
At nav dash is called "c... c... c.... crap. I just ran into a pole whilst looking at this stupid thing"
Danger I challenge you to a sprint off. I haven't done a sprint event since Scotch last year either and I'm injured. Should make for a good contest :-)
Simmo wanted me to compete against Fletch. Stuff that.
As long as I get to ride my bike :-)
probably not wrong. a bike would possibly be a liability in a nav dash.
Hang on, I meant as long as you ride your bike, the one that's broken right now.
Yep, that's exactly what I meant!
So tRicky, do I get a handicap (other than being slow)?
My roadie will probably be at Hale because I'm picking it up on the way through.
Check out my running speed for tonight's run. That is your handicap.
