What browser were you using?

I had a problem with the ESTA forms last year because it hadn't occurred to somebody that not everybody in the world uses Internet Explorer. I spent a week thinking that the website was failing and panicking that I wouldn't be allowed to go home before realising that it was just rubbish. And I wasn't even stopping in the country...
