Complimentary showers are available after the races on Sunday for competitors staying at the meet headquarters hotel! There is also a complimentary shuttle service between the airport, the hotel, and the event. See below for details from Ruth Bromer, the registrar!

For those of you staying at the Hampton Inn Brier Creek here are some more details on the hotel perks.

Shuttle service to and from the event site and airport.
From the airport to the hotel, call the hotel.

Saturday Shuttle service to the event site.
morning from 7am – 9am on the half hour (sign up Friday night at the hotel desk).
returning from the event site from 3pm – 5pm on the half hour.

Sunday Shuttle service
7:30am – 9:30am on the half hour (sign up at the hotel desk on Saturday).
Return trips to either the hotel or airport should be arranged at the desk on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Trips to the airport can originate either from the hotel or the park.

Complimentary Shower Room
Sunday afternoon we have arranged for a complimentary room for taking showers after checkout hours. This will be a community use room, so if it is busy, please take your shower quickly. You can pick up a key at the desk. This is only for people who have stayed at the hotel.

There is still room at the Inn, so call or reserve on line at the special BOK rate of $79.

I am still looking for a room or floor to share for Friday night and Saturday night...Would anyone be able to offer me an empty space in their room??

You're welcome to stay at the Crestwood Suites (in Durham) with a group of mostly juniors and some parents if you'd like to. You'd be sharing a room with Drew, John G, Marissa R, Tori, and Catherine O. There are only two beds so there would only be floor space, but there should be plenty of room as I think it is a two-room suite.

Anyway, I can send you more information about the hotel if you're interested.

...also, don't forget to register for the event!

That would be great Holly!!
I will be arriving at 10:46am on Friday, and leaving 5:20pm from Raleigh/Durham Airport.
Could you send me transportation and contact information to my email in my profile?

I am still waiting for the USOF membership....which I sent in 3 weeks ago..If I still do not receive it by tonight, I'll just go ahead register without it.
