Discussion: 400m uphill in 16' !!!

How do you measure it ? I personally used barometer system because Garmin GPS set up uphill to double of amount (see a lot of discussion about it on Internet and have tested to run with both to compare).

Up hill is very important for orienteering. Good training man !

I'm trying to do 1500m up hill per week at least.

You can use elevation correction in sporttracks (freeware) for the Garmin GPS data of a forerunner.
