You are an idiot if you think doing this stuff is better than your usual training..like WEDNESDAY RUNS..we did intervals tonight..COZ YOU HAVE TO BE FAST TO RUN 1.25 IN HALF MARATHONS.
Its an experiment. And it's structured to build up more and more closer to the half marathon. And I am feeling very fit at the moment, so it is working well. And speed has never been the problem for me- stamina has been. That's what I'm working on.
