does anyone know where I might be able to get a copy of these? They no longer have an O'Maine website and they aren't on the USOF page. Probably a dead end but just thought I'd ask

Thanks

I really ought to have spreadsheets with these results, but they aren't in any of the likely places on my computer. Odd. But I do have the December 2004 O/NA, which has the results, and I could scan them for you.

From that 2004 event, I have a hefty, handsome ceramic mug with a moose on one side & pertinent memory on the other. Use it most mornings in the cafeteria, avoiding styrofoam. And a moose is Maine or vice versa. Memorable, useful award.

As our CAOC A-meet Meet Director about ten years ago, I purposely took a ceramics class so I could make our meet awards...large mugs and cereal bowls, winners' choice. Both were of easy-to-throw stoneware with a nice spodumene glaze, and bore inscriptions of the event.

It was a lot of fun making them, and a lot of fun giving them out. And even today I'm gratified to see them in use when I visit orienteers' homes. For prospective meet directors that have time available, and who'd like to make their meet more memorable, homemade functional ceramics are both inexpensive and well-received.

I also love the moose mugs! When I moved out my parent's house my mom made sure I only took the ones that we actually mine and didn't run off with the whole collection.

I somehow managed to earn a moose mug, and it is a favorite for hot chocolate!
