There are plenty - probably too many to name/describe here - and surely a few you did at Brookes! Here's a sample:

Abs/obliques/back - reverse sit-ups, oblique crunches, front/side/back planks, bicycles, rowers, superman (lower back)

More arms-based - crab walk, dive bomber press-ups, diamond press ups

Glutes-based - hamstring/glute raises, scorpion (from all fours, raise leg like a scorpion's tail), dog by a lamp post (on all fours, move leg out to side)

Plus plenty of legs exercises (wall sits, squats, calf raises etc) which can be done without weights.

Youtube is good for demonstrations/ideas, searching for abs/glutes exercises will give you a few ideas!

Wow, Brookes Circuits. That was quite a long time ago now! Not sure I really remember any of them!
