I know it's short notice, but I'd like to do some sprint training tomorrow (Saturday). If any of the St. Louis crowd are interested, please let me know either here or via email. Morning works best, but I could also do late afternoon. For now, let's plan on West Tyson lower lot at around 9AM (feel free to get there earlier to hang tapes for your course).

I'd like to get 3 or 4 course setters set so everybody can run 2-3 without running their own. So, if you feel confident enough to set a course, please put one together. Keep the courses a bit on the short side (1.5-2K) and don't go nuts on the climb. The object is to train speed and quick decision making.

Also, this whole thing works a lot better for me if I can bring Baby-O. I can take her with me while hanging tapes, but it would certainly help if some folks could trade off watching her while I run.

I'd really like to get some sprint training in, but my family's going on a bike trip on the Katy trail Saturday-Monday.

I would also be interested, but Saturday I am joining 64,000 Komen runners with Fran. Stay in touch
