Yeah, eating less, training some as opposed to none, plus less beer than this summer. A lot less beer.

i don't know about the beer. I've just dropped one kilogram in my morning weigh in after last night on the piss at Dublins pathetic excuse of an "octoberfest". Beer equals massive weight loss. That, and training, is a powerful combo.
