When my right wrist started complaining about too much mouse-usage, I started using the left. As a result I became ambidextrous (with a mouse, at least) and semi-RSI-susceptible in both wrists.
I suggest the old-fashioned chemist's solution. Pipette everything by mouth. Just make sure the 'elf 'n' safety police aren't watching.
It's the time that's the issue! Everything has to be done as close together as possible (it's a crazy ancient assay all on ice and slight changes in temperature make a HUGE difference, bah!), so automatic pipettes are too slow.
So I just have to keep going! But hopefully not for much longer!
