Haha the course - I missed a turn this time and last time I purposely added a bit more on so that I didn't need to do that scrambly bit up thru the crags... remember?

I really want to go... but I can't do everything. Not working enough and something has to give.

You are showing some impressive training recently. Are you going to take some time off b4 the Winter build up? Or have you taken enough time off with the achilles problem?

we will have german champs on the upcoming weekend, so i will give it a 5-8 weeks break afterwards. Achilles isn't that good though.

I just had my first ever achilles problem - it was down to a tight/knotted calf muscle and apparently according to another AP discussion that Carys kindly pointed out to me (thanks!) a particular physio believes that most achilles tendonitis is down to that (this made a lot of sense as I had a similar problem with ankle tendonitis last year)...

Good luck in the champs! Kick some ass!
