Ross and Kat were the sprint winners.

Ross won the middle too. Just under 34 mins. 3 Canucks behind him, then I think Nate Lyons just under 36. I was 8th I think at 38 mins. Wyatt just ahead of me. Not sure about the women. I think Zhyuk was ahead of me, but I didn't see his time.

Peggy Dickison won the Sprint in F45+. She ran F-21+ for the Middle Event but I'm not sure which woman won that.
