Stop and think for a moment about this statement: "Running to and from podiatry sick call."

I get it - I used to run to my pregnancy appointments early on - but I just wanted you to pause and appreciate the humor of what you wrote! ;-)

Good advice...anything worth sharing? More than just your shoes?

Ma'am, just confirmed that it's a Morton's Neuroma...when he felt my food and popped the toes around, he looked surprised and said, "Oh wow, that's big." Great.

He gave me some felt padding for my shoes, but said my idea with the moleskin strips piled on for padding right behind my toe pad was right on, so at least I was doing something right. He kind of laughed when I told him I got the idea from WebMD and the internet.

A what? I'll have to look that up. Can it be fixed?

Yeah, I know what you mean about "oh wow, that's big." Had a few of those moments myself!

Have fun this weekend - run well and enjoy the fact that you're now doing this as a firstie from the "in charge" end. I'll be cheering you all on digitally!
