Alright then 50p a minute inside 4:12. (i.e. my time + an hour)

Target time...hmmm. At the start I wanted to try and beat Sarah's time of 3.48, but I'm nowhere near fit enough for that. I'll be happy with breaking 4 hours I think. Hopefully Grassie's chat will carry me through!
