Hey Robbie,

My Dad and I made some small revisions to the 7.5 km course, it is now 8.0 km all though we only changed the location of controls 4, 14 and 15 and maybe 17, not sure. The revised course is I believe better then the old one. I'll send you the course. Thanks for hanging the ribbons, I think we should start doing that for all of our courses.

Weird about those deer, they weren't foaming in the mouth I hope ; )

Well the ribbons are already out, and I would rather put ribbons out on another map before I go back to add some more to Kanata.

Besides, the current course is really good i think, and I have an exercise that will work perfectly with it.

Scared of those deer , they were just looking for food from you. Sadly, those ones are also not scared of cars.

I much prefer laughing at the story of the sudden swimming. Knowing that map so well, I can picture that event perfectly in my mind.

When you're next out on that map, is it possible for one of you guys to hide a copy of that course map for me somewhere out there? My daughter lives out there and it would be a great excuse for a visit.

Damn, now that you say that, I feel a bit stupid. I probably was overthinking it, but it was still a bit crazy. I'd never heard of a deer ever following someone, except for maybe in a campground or petting zoo or something.

I geuss they are so used to seeing people in those woods. In fact the last time I was on that map was the time I saw the like week-old fawn with no mother in sight.

Why dont I just send you the course by email?

Dude, did you now that there's a B meet on the 6th sept organised by Loup Garou Orienteering Club?

We should go.

Sure! It's on a pretty good map. It will be fairly low key meet though.

Ok, that doesn't matter though. As long as there's a course and people to compete against :P
