hey take it easy, no worry if you won't run this week at all, you will feel all rested by TT. I remember 3 years ago when we went up to Canada the week after the highlander. I haven't set a foot outside for entire week and felt really strong when we got to Canada, remember the sprint and $350 (CAD) so, yea eat more train less this week ;)
Yeah, injuries suck. My calves still feel really tight when I get up in the morning and they hurt sometimes while walking. :(
I will second z-man's advice - eat more and train less this week!
Take ibprofin or advil, and go with contrasting bath massage on affected areas couple-three times per day. Also don't forget about stretching Boris! We all are your fans and want you to perform well at the trials.
z-man and Kat are right - don't run until the trails. You will not loose your form until that so it is fine :)
