Noticed that according to the vdot index 13.29 for the Tan equates to 2.52.59 for the marathon - and guess what I did for Melbourne last year?

Saw the event was on when cruising with Troysie, and returned as I was hoping to be able to snatch a few Choco bars. As they were not available I moved on.

Catherine Murphy put her 5k tiems into vdot last week and it told her she would do 1.39.55 for half mara. her watch broke at the start of the half mara and she didnt know what time she was running but low and behold when she got to the finish she finished in 1.39.55!!!
