Gday mate good to hear from ya. This thing is a good motivation tool, even though ive not done more than usual. How you shapin' up for the season?

Hard to say, i am in pretty good shape compared to the last few years but it is the orienteering that really decides how good you go. Some more races this weekend so we'll see.
