sub 7 minute mile pace for 1h, you are sick.. sick... sick... that training is so much more condusive to the boggs A-meet than the 15minute mile pace i am doing on diablo

Let's recap:

Alex: 7 minute mile pace for 1 hour
Roger: 15 minute mile pace for 50 miles
Patrick: pretty much nothing for two months

Boggs Mountain should be interesting. At least I've been on the map before...

i'm staying home and only participating in small COC events when all the good guys are out of town so that my ego doesn't scrivel up any more than it has after last weekend's meet.

glen, would have been fun having you admidst us sandbaggers... i miss the COC events where 15 seconds could make a difference of 3rd or 8th place sometimes..

yea like the year Alex better me by 1 second 2-3 meets in a row. Instead of finishing in 2:14 and the winner finishing in 1:35

Well, Glenn, the Titlow Park event should boost your ego a lot. Eric won't be there. Nikolay won't be there. Alex won't be there. (I won't be there either, but you already beat me 86% of the time, anyway).

I'm just hoping not to finish in last at Team Trials!

I'm hoping my hammie will hold up for three days. I re-strained it in practice two days ago. At least my better (shorter) events are the first days.
