How hot was it?? You need to start running like those wrestlers used to all dressed up and overheated.

Not that hot (70s) but humid in the laurel and roasting in the radiating sun. As you know, I unfortunately wilt in the heat (remember L&C rogaine) and especially when I have not acclimated to it. I love the cold, die in the heat, not sure why.

Do you sweat in the heat? I love running in the heat...everything gets wet. I find it amazing how cold my wet, bare skin becomes from evaporative cooling as I run.
I attribute my tolerance to heat from using no a/c in the summer: none at home, no car a/c, and I stay away from public places with a/c. A/C can be dangerous; Legionnaire's Disease, etc you know....
