FYI, I just noticed that the Red Roof Inn has discount rates available (from $63+tax) for Friday and/or Saturday if you book via their website.

Also of note, the Fairfield Inn in Woburn MA is about 500 meters away from the meet HQ hotel and has similar rates (from $59 + tax) with advance purchase.
