Not that there's any indication you are. My experience - and my understanding is it's common - was this cleared up very quickly with the recommended exercises.

It has been ongoing. I would train for a few days and eventualy my knee would feel funny. I'd rest a day or two and then start running again. It has been more of an inconvenience then anything serious. I have been stretching everytime I run and have just started the recommended excercises.
