When are the course lengths going to be posted? I see late registering starts this weekend, so it would be nice to know by then.

Courses are still undergoing final revisions, but the current lengths probably won't change much.

Friday Middle
W 2.5, Y 2.5, O 3.3, Br 2.5, Gr 3.2, R 4.2, Bl 5.0

Sunday Long
W 3.1, Y 3.9, O 6.3, Br 3.6, G 5.8, R 7.7, Bl 10.1

Sorry, I don't have final info for the relay and sprint yet.

Is the long IOF standard long (85 - 90 min winning time) ?

There will be three Sprint courses; two advanced and a White/Yellow. Winning times will be 15 minutes.

The long now looks like about 75 min for M21 and 70 min for F21. I went a little to the short side since it is the last race of a multi-day event. Red and blue could still be lengthened a little, but I am trying to do that without additional climb.

Red and other blue runners may disagree but, if the race threatens to run short, perhaps some additional climb as well as distance is just what the doctor would order.

Speaking of which, it's time for me to deal with entering as you so nicely requested we not wait until the absolute last minute to do.

Thank you!

I've been tinkering with the long red and blue (Sunday) and they are now looking at about 8.3 for red and 11.1 for blue. I think you'll find them satisfying.

Sometimes it is better to have shorter Blue, just to make sure that all people have little bit energy to come back home after long weekend :)
