Haha thanks hope you are feeling better. Life sucks ass sometimes eh? Go for your first proper training run after a long-term injury and then get ill the next day. What a bitch. Hope Laura doesn't catch it ready for her first week at the new job!

Cheers John, Laura seems to be cold-free so far. It's been doing the round in my office - I was bound to get it.

I was talking to the planner of the Triple-O Severn 2009 Day 2 this morning. Dunno if you already know, but the Sunday is a national event. It is also the Elite Champs that has been postponed from the British. It's a classic distance on both New Beechenhurst and Mallard's Pike!

Talking of being ill, it seems I've over done it a bit. Had a tickle on Wed, trained anyway, bit horse on Thu, trained anyway, yesterday was worse today I'm on the Beechams. Not in the chest tho so hopefully training tomorrow, maps from Bilbo tantalising on the lounge table. Resting today probs for the best anyway - it has been proper wet and my legs still ache from 3000m of climb this week.

Yeah remember I said that's where BEOC would end up - it was the obvious choice. So that's more or less home advantage for us eh? Looking forward to getting my own back on NB after it made me lost at the BNC. Not my fault of course forest blocks were swopping places when I had my back turned - you know how they do that and everything.
