I'll admit I tend to worry more about the other direction, wondering, for example, whether I should go to the QOC meet at Avalon on March 19th and risk injury when one of the performances is that afternoon.

I can see you doing both, tho it might be hairy both psychologically and logistically.

For my part, I don't feel heroic enough to orienteer as well as perform on balalaika on March 19th so Avalon only on that day.

Maybe you should take up Square Dancing instead. I have never been injured there.
