liggo: Jeepers. It was so windy out there I wasn't game to ride my bike. Glad I wasn't running the last half of a marathon into the gale. Nice job.

GraceE: Well done Shannon! A great time and solid the whole way!

robw: Yeh thats a bloody impressive effort Shannon, I dont reckon too many people do a 3.15 Mara on a windy course with a dodgy hammy and no specific training (except for the 3hr hammy killer run).

#  Posted 2008-10-13 17:15:55
Golfer: Briohny and I saw you run past just before you went into the G and you looked like you could go another 10km! Great work. You had the worst of the conditions as well. Us early starters had it much cooler.

kazza: Hey trace. You'll be pleased to know that at Aus School's champs start draw, when kids names were drawn, and they had little bit said about them, one question was to list their favourite elite orienteer - your name was certainly mentioned among a few from NSW team.

#  Posted 2008-10-14 06:30:13
blairtrewin: Well done. Picked a tough day for your first one.

Can you go forwards down stairs yet?

#  Posted 2008-10-14 08:16:37
liggo: re the NSW kids - are you sure they weren't confusing her with Shannon Noll ? or Alan Jones ?

#  Posted 2008-10-15 04:43:44
Bomb: that sounds like your thinking about one next year... so it can't have been too bad!

#  Posted 2008-10-15 11:59:23
blairtrewin: Took me nine years to do the second one, so you've got plenty of time to beat that.

#  Posted 2008-10-15 16:54:05
