Discussion: WOC every year

in case you guys haven't heard, WOC and World Cups will now be held every year, starting with 2004. it hasn't been decided where it will be that year, but maybe Sweden, since they wanted it in 2005.

I read that it would be in Västerås in 2004 (I think it was in the local newspaper in Uppsala).
