Yep, Hi from up North. Hope Phillipe doesn't use this as an excuse to post "Cadence, Candence!" :) Welcome, mate.

thanx all. i have been registered for years, but have now been inspired to actually use it.
we will see how long it lasts!
do races automatically get added to a training log? or is there a separate race log? i guess i will see after Sundays orienteering, assuming i don't do something silly and get myself dsq'd

I always enter races under my training log anyway. My secret weapon for more training is my ability to get lost and cover twice the ground Bash does during an orienteering "race".

Jeremy, are you talking about the splits that you sometimes see posted after a race? Those you usually have to enter yourself.

Ja. RichardL is in cahoots with the webmaster, so he gets the splits loaded up automatically a couple of days after each Gauteng race.

Jeremy you still have to log your races to your training log. I guess it will remain like that because you should then add your shoes, heart rate level of effort etc.
