How bad is it?

Not sure yet. Didn't think it was that bad when it happened but it doesn't feel so good now. I'll skip the sprint tomorrow and hope for the best for Saturday. I've iced it a few times already, have it wrapped and elevated at the moment and will take more ibuprofen.

I had planned to kayak at Hopewell this afternoon at high tide and look down at the control sites under the sea, but am back in my room doing work instead. Phooey!

Yes, me too! We don't want you abandoning Sprint races again. ;)

Have I mentioned that I wish I was there?!

Oh no! Hope it was not a bad one, and that it feels better soon!

My ankle is okay, not great, but okay. I walked today's sprint course and it doesn't seem to have made it any worse so I'll go out tomorrow and hope for the best.

I had my sunglasses on when I fell and so at least I didn't get mud in my eyes, but I had it in my ear, caked into my hair, and all over my face. But I think I landed more on my side and then rolled into the mud so no real damage.

Glad it was mud and not a rock. I needed root canal for that one.
