Hope you feel better soon. I started yoga as a way to strengthen my core. It's not perfect but overall, it's helped a lot. Good luck!
Thanks, I did the same routine last night and it is feeling a lot better. I guess I can no longer do hard barn work all weekend like I used to.... haha. And there weren't even any stalls involved!
I think I would be terrible at yoga. You might see my body permanently stuck in some strange new positions...
