| O Steve!: | yeah, I am thinking that is a reasonable/stretching goal....run consistantly with some speedwork sprinked in, avoid injury and you can sneak up on that goal....I found that up to age 42 I could perform near my peak...from 32 to 42 I was at my best..especially running...so you have time...and your legs are fresh...I have lost about 16% of my run speed since then...not all that much in swim and bike..
nice workout by the way...I may have to visit the como relays...I have never done it.... |
