So you run 30+ miles and two weeks later you're feeling demotivated, bored with running, under the weather and starting with colds. I'd put money that any small scratches you have are not healing well, that your eyes are probably looking a bit puffy and tired and that your cognitive ability at work is probably suffering at work a bit as well.
It's called overtraining Sprotty....take a week off training, get loads of sleep, eat healthy and come back next week stronger for it, ready to go and kicking everyone's ass!!
