| feet: | Randy's calendar makes it look like they are expected to be in Wisconsin on the weekend of October 10, 2009. The terrain sounds like detailed moraine. The club website / blog is http://userpages.chorus.net/kevin/ - it's the area called Greenbush, I think. Kevin Teschendorf is the one behind this. It sounds like they have an Ivar Helgesen basemap, which is a good start. |

| feet: | By the way, `imbalance in the pelvis', huh? Sounds like a wishful euphemism to me. |

| z-man: | During HVO meeting this summer, Balter showed his desire to organize US Champs in Harriman next year using me as a course setter/control getter along wih him. We are still waiting for a response from HVO, though it looks like it is shaping up to be in Wisconsin as Will suggested. Oh well, there is always a next year!
"Imbalance in the pelvis" -- a mattress to blaim? |

| BorisGr: | I was thinking Harriman would be perfect (or the best we have, anyway) for Team Trials 2010, before Trondheim. How about that option? |

| z-man: | Good thinking I would say! |

| Wyatt: | I'm of the opinion that an imbalance in the pelvis was the cause of my hip-socket pain in the 2 weeks before WOC. It took a whole lot of odd and often assymetric stretching to get that happy again. Hopefully that diagnosis is right - did you get any specific suggestions about what was imbalanced and what kind of assymetric stretching you could be doing to rebalance it? |
