I was about to rip it out of you for claiming 8km as a long run... then I continued reading...
I don't think I've seen anyone with as many different training types, well done, very colourful
I do like a bit of variation, keeps things interesting. And today's session certainly felt far harder than an actual long run - guess I don't normally push myself hard enough on them. I was totally done in by the end...whew.

Ha ha, I think the people I passed three times thought I'd done that! I was trying to smile in a "yes, I am a lunatic, but in a completely controlled and pre planned fashion."

Yeah, that was the original plan, but as the motivation seriously waned at about 10.53am, having already spent two hours in the lab that morning, I decided I had better just do it or it was never going to happen!
