Would that be a certain Mr O'Sullivan perhaps?
It would indeed. I'm not convinced he will actually come down to a session, but we might be able to get some free tickets if he does! The question is, can he run a mile faster than he can make a 147 break?
According to Ant he has been doing pretty well in Essex Cross Country league.
5.20. Impressive break but with a 35min ish 10k he'd easily go under 5 mins.
One of his club mates is asking for training partners on the 8 lane site and he sounds serious.

It asks for a few details and a phone number for, and I quote
"on which Ron can call you"
Give it a go, you never know?
Haha I thought you were being a gay and talking about Jamie Stevenson. This actually IS cool!
Ronnie runs in quite a few events down here in Essex, you can always tell when he's at the race because his Porsche is parked in pride of place.
His form is a bit up and down. At the end of last year I beat him in the Southend 10k and a local 5k, but then this year he beat me by about 5 minutes in the Essex X Country Champs and about 30 seconds at the Southern Cross Country champs.
Also, he's in the same running club as Harold Wyber, so maybe they've chatted about orienteering, and that's why he's coming to the UK O mecca!
Impressive that he can run so fast without even taking off his fur coat!
He's hairier than me! I think one of his club mates or his coach has already e-mailed one of our coaches, so they should be able to sort him out. Watch this space for whether he turns up! Maybe we should also take him out on a Wednesday afternoon long run.
i thought you were being gay and talking about jamie. maybe i'll go down the track again. then i can say i beat ronnie o sullivan. he's only haririer than you mike because he hasn't been waxing... wooo
So, how many points if you spot a world champion on your run then? Is there a special category?
