Discussion: Junk spot

With the license plate (3) sitting on top of the trailer bed, it would be easy enough for authorities to trace the registered owner and maybe get them to clean it up.

It's on private land but still they're more stewards than owners in the long view of things but they don't seem to realize it. Trash in yards (eg, vehicles and the like) is a rural way in many a place.

I once found a store receipt in a pile of trash in Nottingcook which led to the police knocking on the door of the concerned person. Turned out mom gave her kid money to take it to the Concord dump. He dumped it where he did (in Bow). He returned with his uncle, cleaned it up.
