No it's a PCR the delay was there just not being efficient. Not heard anything today presumably tomorrow. It would be a big surprise to be positive. I have been in the local Tesco's for bread and milk on Saturday but that's the closets contact with any people apart from cycling past them.

I got my result back in 3-4 days I think - you'll be fine I am sure of that.

I've totally tooled myself today (turf run as intervals), & hope i'm in a fit state for 1st vaccine on thursday! LOL.
