Discussion: Epping

Geoff was sounding pretty unenthused about having to deliver to the fruit & veg markets there last night, I mean this morning!

He would have had to negotiate the closure too (it was all weekend), unless it was OK coming in from the south? (I presume he would come via the ring road).

I shall enquire when he returns.

There were signs in Manjimup relating to the turning off of water between 9pm and 5am for something like six days this week. No idea what that's in aid of. There is a water shortage in some SW towns (including Manjimup) but I'm not sure what this token effort will achieve.

Signs on the ring road warned of the Hume being closed, so he took Sydney Rd instead, but needn't have, as the roadworks were all north of Cooper St.
