Discussion: Shifting blame...

are the skis new enough that you can take them back to Rossi and claim that they were defective? Might be worth trying... don't mention anything about falling, say they did it while you were waxing or something.

don't know if I can pull that off with the skis, its a pretty impressive waxing-related delamination. but I was gonna do it with the bindings (the nis kind), one of the metal toe hooks is bent so the ski can shake around about 15 degrees off the boot. not sure whatI did that one.
