1) Throwing things we don't want anymore on the floor.
2) His reference for how to hold the bag with your hand is, "Like you are choking somebody."
3) It looks like he is wearing Road ID, which presumably means he is concerned with proper identification of his body after a messy kitchen accident. Perhaps 2) and 3) are connected.

3) that's the thing they wear to show they've gone through the daily Covid-19 protocol. I think it is just a set of questions and having temperature taken, but I'm not sure of the details. The students all have them, too. I guess the color changes by day so you can spot someone who hasn't done the protocol at a glance.
