I had a gf who loved it and had to physically leave the room and hide to avoid the dialogue.

I am skeptical about people who don’t like Gilmore Girls they way people are skeptical about me for not liking dogs.

I'm with Cristina on this one.
I love GG. I got the movie for Xmas last year, so I've seen (and own) the entire series. Best dialogue going.

I am Switzerland here. I don't love it, I don't hate it. I get why people like it, but it's not for me.

I also think Skid Row was a horrendous band and hate that I know the connection here.

I used to confuse Gilmore Girls with McLeod's Daughters and still do, having never seen either of them. To the best of my knowledge they're produced on entirely different continents.

Ricky, I'm pretty sure that people who haven't ever watched the show aren't qualified to gatecrash this thread from the other side of the Pacific :)

I, on the other hand, have a boxed set of all the episodes from all the seasons. Also A Year In The Life, which telemovie was just somehow deeply depressing* and sadly did not live up to expectations.

*this may be because I deeply dislike Logan. Cristina, I have to ask, even though I know that boys are not your thing: Team Jess or Team Dean???

I have dated far more men than women and I feel especially qualified to judge Rory’s poor choices. They’re both wrong for her and she should find a nice woman to settle down with.

From my perspective in relation to the USA I'm on the other side of both the Atlantic and Indian.
