I imagine officially there are as many adverse climate related events in North Korea as there are Covid cases.
Actually, my experience is that extreme weather is one thing the North Korean state news agency appears to report reasonably honestly, although sometimes with some colourful rhetoric around it, and I'm somewhat sceptical of their claim to have rebuilt all 10,000 of the houses destroyed by a 2016 flood within six weeks. (They didn't claim that Kim Jong-Un had rebuilt them all personally).
