If you want a decent crack at the TT best ease back on intervals - do lower pace or do half session.
Session tonight wasn’t too bad, but think I’m gonna give it a miss tomorrow. Gonna do a nice trail run (well as close to one as I can in Glasgow) at pollock park instead, not too bothered about doing a 3k tt right now.
Good decision. Make sure your hard sessions are hard but that your easy days are properly easy :-)
Missing deeside hill reps though!! Did my own in the park last week so think I might start doing week about with those and the clubs flat sessions. Have been eyeing up a super long steep hill in Patrick so might head out there next Tuesday...
Hills would be good to mix in - even better if you can get some company :-)
