Wow, that was speedy packing! Bummer about the house, hope you find a better one quickly. It will be nice having you "nearby" again

One of my killing-time fun things is to go on Zillow and look at houses in various places, so when you said you had a contract in Fort Collins Old Town, I went to check it out. I thought there were a bunch of really nice houses, ranging from around $250K (one ... updated and super cute!) to around $800K. I don't know your price point, but it looks like you'll be able to find something good. You said it wasn't your dream house anyway, so now you'll have time to wait a little and not settle!
Nadim & I did that furnished short-term rental thing when we first moved to Bethesda. Kind of a pain, moving twice, but we were right downtown so that was fun. Hope you enjoy your rental time!
