I'm reminded of one of my first night trainings with IFK Lidingo soon after I arrived in Stockholm.
A good foot+ of snow fell throughout the day. I called the office to ask what would be happening instead of the planned night O. They laughed at me. A foot of snow wouldn't stop the training. So I showed up and got a lift to the training. We ran at a place called Kårsta with lots of fresh snow on the ground and heavy snow falling.
The lesson I learned was that warm clothes, neoprene socks, and a decent headlamp means you can train in anything.
I guess Missoulians have the same experience.
